“I usually don't leave reviews, but as this has been a stand-out experience, I'm willing to invest the time. Resort hotels are not our cup of tea and we only stayed here because our friend, who celebrated her birthday in Chiclana, recommended it to us. From the moment we stepped inside the lobby, which is inviting and beautifully done, we felt welcome. The employees were highly professional, extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were well upkept, tastefully furnished and spacious. Although we didn't spend much time at the outdoor pool area, it was a beautiful space with direct access to the beach. Two aspects you might want to keep in mind when deciding to stay here is the noise level. The buffet restaurant, where breakfast is served, tends to get very busy. Also, the walls between the rooms are not entirely soundproof, so you might hear some mumbling and furniture being pushed around from time to time. All in all, a very pleasant stay and a hotel that I would recommend to family and friends!”

“We stayed at the Barossa Palace for a cycling vacation at the end of the season. The hotel easily gets 5 stars for its cleanliness, the beautiful views from our ocean facing room, fantastic buffet breakfasts & dinners, a well maintained gym, and excellent staff. Saying that, if I could give the hotel 6 stars, I would. A medical emergency complicated our stay. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful in assisting us in dealing with taxis, pharmacies, extending our stay, and ensuring we were both fed and cared for after the incident. This is a top-notch resort hotel in every way.”
